Men’s Varsity Soccer vs. Jesuit

The Mustangs face a dreadful outcome, as Jesuit starts off the game with a rush to claim the first point. Jesuit soon gains another point, and begins a massive series of attempted goals. Justin Logan becomes Monterey’s work horse as he picks off the countless attempts from Jesuit. During this heap, Jesuit does manage to clear one shot, bringing the score to 0-3. The Mustangs do manage to pull off a few attempts on their part, but Jesuit holds possession for most of the first half.

Jesuit comes out of the second half with a goal, and then begins to tally up the score with a series of three consecutive shots. With Justin picking up the pace, Jesuit begins a series of attempts again. Justin picks off many of the attempts, but Jesuit manages to swing one by for 0-8. The Mustangs face defeat, as Jesuit holds the lead of 0-9 with the end of the game.
